The debut novel by George LaCas, titled The Legend of Jimmy Gollihue, is forthcoming in 2012 from PublishingWorks, an independent press in New Hampshire.

In the book, a young pool hustler named Jimmy falls in love with the new waitress in his pool room, a sexy and mysterious girl named Iris. Love happens, Jimmy is happy … and then things go wrong, as Iris begins to work her magic. Jimmy finds himself out on the road, alone, armed only with his wits and his pool cue, in search of a terrifying enemy.
